Fedmarket's Project Management (PM) workshops are created specifically to fill the gap in available training for PM skills and competencies that are unique to the Federal Government.

The curriculum is designed to fully align and comply with standards set and monitored by PMI. The workshops provide the seasoned project manager the specific tools, exercises and hands-on experience vital to becoming successful in Federal Government engagements. We bring real-work examples to the classroom, and participants are encouraged to leverage their own past and current PM challenges during the workshop sessions.
