NASA SWEP Request for Proposal Due Date October 18, 2013.

The NASA SWEP RFP was published on August 20, 2013 and analysis of the solicitation documents show that a complex, file heavy response is required including:

• Volume 1 Offer requires a small business subcontracting plan and various certification forms.


• Volume 2 Management/Technical Approach requires 8 exhibits and the 90 page response requires originality to prove (1) the offerors supply chain management and diversity systems and (2) the offerors technical superiority (state of the art) breadth of product offerings.


• Volume 3 Past Performance requires 5 past performance summaries with prescribed forms with supporting past performance information from the government.


• Volume 4 Price requires 6 large excel worksheets, prescribed by the government.
