Key aspects of the final Small Business RFP are:

• Teaming requirements have been relaxed from those posted in the draft RFP
• Proposal due date shows as 8/22/2016 in the SF 33 Form of the SB RFP and 8/29 in the SB Solicitation Document, SF 33 unrestricted has a due date of 8/29. We are assuming the date of 8/22/16 is a oversight.
• Project size requirements are the same as those shown in the Draft RFP: $1 million for PSC Projects and $150,000 for Leading Edge Technology Projects
• The number of Leading Edge Technology areas has been reduced to 10 with three projects each for a total of 30 projects maximum.
