The large and small business RFPs (as published) are virtually identical. Large businesses have to respond to all ten technical IT service tasks while small businesses have to respond to only three.

Fedmarket has developed an innovative, new product that will help companies save substantial sums of proposal writing dollars.

The CIO-SP3 Model Proposal, provided in Microsoft Word format, is designed to be refined and modified by companies submitting a proposal in response to a CIO-SP3 solicitation. Customers using the product may add company-specific information to the model proposal. Once a user has refined or modified the model text, it will have a completed proposal that is within the page limits specified in the solicitation.
