SEWP VI is the follow-on contract to SEWP V.
SEWP is a $50B contract utilized by every government agency. 
SEWP V currently has over 140 contract holder of which over 100 are small businesses.
SEWP V awarded over 200,000 task orders, and all but 1 contract holder was awarded a task order.
SEWP VI final RFP is expected in the 1st Q of 2024.

Project Minimums for Small Business

Category A - Offerors shall provide an excel document reflecting at a minimum 2,000 different CLINS with solutions for each sub-area along with pricing.

Category B - 3 Projects $5M minimum (per project)

Category C - 3 Projects $2M minimum (per project) (HUBZone, SDVOSB, EDWOSB 2 Projects $2M minimum (per project))

Scope of WorkIT Products & Services
  1. Information Technology and Networking - Computer hardware, tablets, network appliances (routers, modems, VOIP), storage, security
  2. Software and Cloud - Software, virtualization, and Cloud Computing, XaaS (e.g. SaaS = Storage as a Service)
  3. Mobility and Communications - Telecommunications devices and monthly service.
  4. Supporting Technology - Scanners, printers, copiers, shredders, associated supplies and accessories, sensors, health IT.
  5. AV/Conferencing - A/V equipment and accessories, TVs, Display Monitors, Projectors and Screens,.
  6. Services - Maintenance/ Warranty, Site Planning/ Installation, Product-Based Training, and Product-Based Engineering Services).
